IN 2025 THE AIPF IS FOCUSING ON FOUR STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
Canopy Replenishment
Each year, the AIPCA budgets funds for its Legacy Tree Program to plant new trees on AIP Common Property. Beginning in 2020 the AIPF has provided the AIPCA with an annual grant to support the Legacy Tree Program. Each tree planted through this joint effort is assigned to one or more AIPF Donors as shown on this site's Supporters Page. From 2020 through 2023 the AIPF Grant will have helped the AIPCA plant over 120 trees.
A1A Pollinator Pathway
Adding plants to the existing Pollinator Pods (flower beds) of the first phase of the Pollinator Pathway along the A1A bike path.
Implementing Phase Two, which will extend the Pollinator Pathway, from the Veranda to the Omni shops.
A1A Vine Mitigation
A long-term program to eliminate and manage the invasive vines infesting the canopy along 6 miles of A1A from Burney Road to Long Point Drive.
Demonstration Garden
